No Returns on Custom Prints

Due to the nature of gang sheet printing, where multiple designs are printed together on a single sheet, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for prints once the order has been processed and printed. Please ensure your design and details are correct before placing an order.

Incorrect or Defective Prints

If an error occurs on our part (such as printing the wrong design, incorrect colors, or damage caused during the printing or shipping process), we take full responsibility. In such cases:

  • We will review the issue and, if we find that the error is due to our fault, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
  • If a mistake was made on our end, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Shipping Mistakes

If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged due to an error on our part, we will handle the situation and either issue a replacement or a refund if applicable. Please contact us immediately if you experience any shipping issues.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your design, text, and order details are accurate before submitting your order.
  • Provide the correct shipping address to avoid delivery issues.
  • Report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve them in a timely manner.
